Bernard Avle of Citi FM honoured NCCE’s invitation to engage young citizens to commemorate this year’s Citizenship Week which is on the theme, ‘A Clean Ghana, Our Responsibility’. Civic Education is not a new area for Bernard especially because of his works on Citi Breakfast Show. Bernard’s engagement was at the Canadian Independent College and he interacted with the students on reducing the use of plastics. Plastic is non-biodegradable and as a country the earlier we took a bold decision on the indiscriminate use of plastics the better for our motherland.
