The Ashanti Regional Director to the National Commission for Civuc Education (NCCE), Mr. Wilson Raphael Arthur, has sensitized citizens on the partial lockdown, a measure to contain COVID -19.
Speaking on Ultimate FM 106.9 in Kumasi on 26th March, 2020, he appealed to residents in the Ashanti region to adhere to the directives of the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and all measures put in place by the Government to help curb the spread of the disease in the country.
