The Chief of the Defence Staff, Lieutenant General, Thomas Oppong-Peprah, has assured the Ghana Armed Forces’ readiness to work closely with the National Commission for Civic Education to improve the country’s civilian-security relations that seek to promote national peace and cohesion.
Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong Peprah gave the assurance when the Chairperson of NCCE, Ms. Kathleen Addy, called on him at the Army General Headquarters, Burma Camp in Accra.
The meeting forms part of NCCE’s strategic engagements to explore new partnerships and deepen existing relationships.
